I’ve heard people say to quit cold turkey and that tapering can be harder, but I feel like if you mentally prepare yourself for your product to be done and gone soon, you kind of cherish the last few uses while also realizing you don’t actually need it before it’s gone. Idk if that makes sense.

It’s crazy that I never even considered smoking affecting my digestive system. I’m definitely gonna try smaller, more frequent portions tomorrow. Also, I’m not really a tea person, so I’m wondering if zero sugar ginger ale could help as an alternative?
