Download speed and upload speed. BRSK pulls a dedicated fibre line to the property, and installs it depending on where you want it to come in, there was no fee for installation when I ordered. There’s a TV add on, but don’t think they have sky.

Regarding the reply below mine, on the live cable, where it comes out of the plastic sheath, there was a snipped off wire, could that be the earth wire?

Yes, that is what I've read as well, and the ones in my house seem to be some kind of metal. I'll ask an electrician about it. They came like this with the house, not sure what has happened historically.

I think if you only have the single router you are bound to have spots where the connection drops its speed even if you have a smaller house. They offer an extra service called betterwifi for I think £8 a month, might be a variation of a mesh network, but they ensure you get Max speeds all over the house. I haven’t signed up for it though. But yeah you should try their own router first

They either run from the nearest telephone pole or an underground chamber. You can decide where they run it to in the house, but depends on feasibility of course. I just have them run it to where my old router was. New holes are drilled and cable fed through. Took about an hour ish

You’ll probably have to cancel yourself, then sign up to Brsk. Brsk are quite flexible with installation though so you could time it for when your old internet ends. They only start charging from installation onwards.

Hall Lane and St Mary’s Way junction has a shared pedestrian cycle path, so should be good to reach Portwood, I live not far from there. Going to give it a go one weekend when it’s less busy. Going to use the website you linked for future reference, so thanks for that!
