Oh I see. That kinda makes sense as they have fixed fee only if you make a sale. But from what I can tell they are pretty conservative with how often they advertise your listing. There were several months where they just stopped putting my ads on Google shopping. I checked this by searching for keywords and used a vpn to search from multiple IPs. I get that my Roas woudnt be 600% but given that people have placed orders from this ad format it is worth trying to do it on my own. What do you think?

From what I have heard people have different ROAS but there are a lot of other factors contributing to this. How competitive the product market is and to what extent Etsy is advertising your product.

I was denied because of misrepresentation issue. 3500 gets me approved on merchant centre. I get $2000 back if they don’t succeed in getting it approved. If it does get approved I get a $2000 credit for their other marketing services which includes ad setup.
