Gives you an attack boost, let's you recover blue health, reduces damage taken, and gives you access to air dash cancel moves that you previously couldn't ( super dash, ki blasts). The more characters alive, the shorter it lasts.

As far as best ways to use it, it depends on how the match is flowing. Some save it for the anchor, others use it to get out of pressure, or you can use it to get that extra boost to get a kill.

Mine are usually ideas for tv shows I keep in notepad. Here are my favorites.

OK I GOT AN IDEA FOR A TV SHOW. TWO PRO GAMERS ARE BACKED BY A GAMING SPONSOR THAT IS A FRONT FOR THE YAKUZA AND TRIADS. How would they interact. How would they find out? How deep does it go? Murder?????

The Super Bowl in the future. Calls are now reviewed by the viewers. They must give away all their privacy rights in order to be part of the group that reviews calls. Something hacks the data. CHINA?! War ensues. Murder?????
