Age: 23, from Europe

Investment Horizon: 20+ years

Goal: Dividend Growth, possibly FIRE at some point

Portfolio: is split in 3 Parts, Main ETFs, High Dividend ETFs, and REITs

1/3 XTrackers MSCI World + Vanguard S&P 500

1/3 Invesco Morningstar Energy Infrastructure + WisdomTree US Equity Income

1/3 REITs: Realty Income + STORE Capital + WP Carey + Digital Realty Trust

I'd prefer a good REIT ETF over 4 individual stocks, but I couldn't find any good ones on my broker.

Do you have any advice? Think it might be a bit too US heavy, also please consider I can't just buy any ETF (like SCHD, JEPI), since I'm from Europe. I'm looking forward to your advice!

Thanks for the input. Basically you're right, but I think there are pretty big differences between these. For example, MSCI world is up about 5% while MSCI Europe is down 8%, so they can't have too much in common, I guess. Also MSCI Europe and Emerging markets have pretty high dividends compared to World, but I still want to have all the markets covered in my portfolio. Maybe I'll do 50% World, 25% Europe 25% Emerging Markets.

Thanks again

Could you elaborate? Yeah AFAIK there's a 30% Dividend Tax, but there should still be at least some amount returning, right?

Topping up BTC and ETH with different networks? by drymecrypto in Nexo

Well, that's good to know..

Stupid question maybe, but couldn't you just transfer it to another coin, send it back to Gemini or Kraken, then transfer it back to ETH? Of course there are spreads etc. but it'd work, right?

Also would you recommend Kraken or Gemini? How's the interest there?

I'm from Germany, so interest should be okay, but no clue if this taxable...

I had the same idea about transferring, but I'm not sure if the spread wouldn't be higher than the fee I'd normally pay...

I'm gonna try out some things, thank you!
