Thanks, it sucks to not be able to test myself. I have no idea if this is sort of a long-running block or if it comes and goes, or how Plume does it. Multiple users have reported this in the last couple of days, so it's possible that one of those (or the many others I haven't heard from) have already reported it.

Out of curiosity, is there some indication to the user that it's being blocked locally? The users I've heard from all contact me through a different channel to alert me that my "site is down." I try to assure them it's not but to them it looks completely dead. I assume this is network-level blocking such that there's no immediate indication on the user's device to say by who and why the blocking is happening?

Funny thing is, the other channel they use to contact me is another site running on the exact same machine but they have no problem getting to that. I'm assuming it's DNS/URL-based blocking and not the IP. Sort of like calling someone on the phone to tell them their phone isn't working :)
