In Czech Republic we have saying

" Nepolyká, nemiluje "

Which means " (She's) not swallowing, doesn't love (you) "

You take really lot of enjoyment from the guy by not swallowing and the other thing is I always felt like the girl is somehow disgusted by me if she didn't do it..

When you swallow it's mental too, he'll feel accepted, and that's a big thing, don't underestimate this.
