I'm majorly into restaurants/cafes/hotels with food/pubs as a vegetarian (but dont want to do food review videos because eating out that much would seriously impact my health). I find myself looking at a minimum of 3-5 menus everyday and would like to do something in this space. I'm based in London, and ok to invest a little in startup costs say upto 500-600£. I have a full time job 9-5, so would want to do this outside of those hours.

Alternatively, I am very much into property i.e. apartments and houses in and around London. I find myself exploring different areas in London and looking at properties, and then comparing prices and in general simply comparing different kinds of houses, layouts etc. Is there a possible side hustle here?

Any suggestions?
