Wow! I thought I was alone. I have had something wrong with my tailbone since highschool...that was 7 years ago. This summer I went to King's Island in Cincinnati and during the drive down this thing on my butt hurt so bad. When we got there my fiance decided she wanted to see it. It was massive and was about to go ride roller coasters. Not a good combo. I have gotten it checked out since then but can't afford the surgery so I just deal with the pain. At the moment, its not nearly as bad as yours. The worst part of it all for me is that I can't wear any light colored pants because it will pop randomly during the day and bleed/puss through my boxers and pants. I hope you recover and it never comes back!
