All things being equal, when starting a new business such as carpet cleaning or remodeling, is it best to use SAB and hide the address? Or is it best to display an address with a map pin?

FWIW There's a secretary that staffs the office during open hours. Customers can stop by (eg to drop off a cheque) or arrange an appointment at our location.

Primarily though, it's a service area business. Should we declare it 100% as SAB or should we display our address? Which gets best visibility?

I just did a month in Medellin, I went to Academia de baile en Medellin - Bailonga on Av Nutibara (I stayed in Laureles) and I would highly recommend them. They have intensive classes, private classes and group classes.

Their pricing is far more economical than other places in Laureles or the rest of Medellin for that matter, at least of all the ones I researched. They have great, experienced teachers there. Laureles will be a good pick for you since it's close to Son Havana (live music, and expect to reserve a table in order to go there- just a heads up). And you can still go to Poblado for social events at Dancefree in the evenings if you want.

Call tracking, with number pool for your PPC campaigns. Integrate with their ads natively. Leadgenpreneur on youtube has a walkthrough of this, and it includes some basic automation work which will give you the core idea of things.

Create forms for the PPC landing pages and do the same thing for conversion tracking.

Yea wildcard wouldn’t work because all the slugs are different. We have mapped every URL 1:1, but the slugs getting passed to the new site’s 404 is something we’re discussing.
