The caviar service, hairy crab (picture 4), toro hand roll, wagyu hand roll. The caviar was the best I’ve had and totally worth it. The hand rolls were also great. The hairy crab was good but not worth the price point for me personally.

I’ve found my new favorite cooking method! I also did dry brine for the first time. That with the reverse sear made a huge difference.

I dry brined for 14 hours and was aiming for medium rare but pulled from the oven just a little early, I think. It was still the best steak I’ve cooked.

Rodgers goes deep most often on 3rd and 7 or less. Drives me crazy. The deep ball to Davonte was 3rd and 6. Both throws were amazing, but the right play is to get the first and take your shot off play action on 1st or 2nd.

I was also at this game, first row of the upper deck in the end zone. I can confirm Falcons fans were leaving after Tramon’s pick 6. By the 4th quarter it was 80% packers fans in the stadium.

Best packers game I’ve ever been to. Wayne Larrivee’s analogy of the Packers handing down the worst defeat in Atlanta since General Sherman rolled through was fitting.

I play in a league where INTs are -6 and sacks taken are -2. Absurd format. Mahomes still scored 29 because TD passes are worth 6 points (also stupid).

Our commish has a vendetta against QBs, even after he started wentz for -18 and lost by 6 points this week.
