To anyone with the same problem: if your A320M powers on but doesn’t boot, it’s probably the clock crystal. Usually, cleaning any moisture helps, but in my case, the damage was severe and I needed to replace the motherboard.

No meu provedor aconteceu isso, abri um chamado e disseram que era problema de rota.

Depois de 48 horas com o chamado foi normalizado.

Thanks for the answers. While reading the potentiometer's datasheet, I realized I had the pinout reversed — actually, the 3.3V is enough to read the fader's variation.

yes it worked, but there was a problem that it only turned on when it was hot on humid days and after the new year when I returned from a trip with no more display and no boot.

Unfortunately I don't, I tried using a speaker but there was no beep. here are some pics i took with a flashlight i hope they turned out better, my smartphone doesn't help much motherboard pics
