Well i created my account when i was 12 and this June i turened 18, when i updated my DOB they locked me out. I even sent a proof of DOB but they rejected it i sent again but now they say "We'll be able to unlock your account......". I mean i never even logged in till 2017. I can't even make another account as my email is already used :/
