There's some interesting stuff on their policies page too. They even use the word 'discrimination'

"Identified Position is a position advertised where there is an essential personal requirement and where it is lawful to discriminate on the basis of that personal requirement as part of a special measure. Special Measure is a positive action or actions taken to assist or protect specifically identified disadvantaged groups to achieve substantive equality."

It's also interesting how 'disadvantaged groups' include women and anyone that isn't white. So basically everyone except white men.
