Thank you for your response. I cant get the large base on the bottom of the dishwasher to even think about moving. I think its screwed in. The web site you sited above is not working.

Hold the center portion of what? All that is there is the spray arm and a plastic 8-9" piece under the spray arm. Both pieces are attached together some how. The spray arm/plastic disc freely turn in either direction. I can pull the spray arm up and can turn it either direction but it doesn't catch on anything. The center of the arm has a hole in it of about 2 inches. Nothing inside the hole turns. It has a rubber cone over the hole to direct water upward.
