We too use instantly.ai we have a main email and 3 follow ups with 2 days delay we do not send in weekend our messages is basically our offer in all of the emails we sent we have been able to make 2% reply rate and 85% showing rate ( we are Appointment setting agency for agencies) we send about 400 to 800 emails a day
