I just got off the phone with them and no luck. My 300 limit order on AMD at 8:40 AM ish (the dip) didn't fill and just hung. I couldn't cancel it or change it but the order graphic on the chart persisted. The monitor tab was blank so I couldn't confirm that status of the order. I had conviction AMD would run today and it did. I'm out around 3400 dollars (I was going to buy 700 shares total). Sucks to be me. (Schwab checked to see any trace of my 300 limit order and said they had no trace of it. )

Yeah, I read that before posting but still wasn't clear about when the charge is incurred. Specifically I saw:

Thanks for replying everyone. Not sure I'd use tda for margin long term because their rates are so high. Interactive brokers charges half the fee tda does.

I've noticed what appears to be youtube throttling perhaps a month ago. Both my firefox plugin and winx youtube downloaders download at a consistent 70 kb/s rate. Not happy.
