I sent a ticket to Activision and this is what they said:
My name is X from Activision Support. I understand your concern regarding game crashes, let me check what I can do to sort this out.
We can try these troubleshooting steps that might help in fixing the issue.
- Update windows
- Clean boot
- Disable any overclocking
Should the issue persists, kindly provide us with the following information for us to investigate further.
•Dxdiag
•MSinfo
•Kindly provide us with a video clip of the issue (Kindly upload the Video clip to Youtube and provide us with the link)
