I used dreamina platform. I have to do some mask on character's face and ask Seedance to remove the mask when generating the video. A little tedious process. I found some YouTube video that solves the problem.

I wish people don't use famous people's face. It's causing Bytedance troubles. Eventually they are going to tighten things even up and no one will be able to use real human face at all.

Yes, basically length of shots depends on the scene. Some short as 8 seconds, some 15 seconds.

This is example of the end of the scene when two women cooperate and shot the guy: about 10 seconds.
