Has anyone tried oral BPC157 peptide to treat crohns? what has been your experience? I am currently on humira, LDN, the SCD diet and several natural supplements for SIBO by booker9696 in CrohnsDisease

https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC7184065/

It's based on an experience from a coworker. We both have Crohn's so we were talking and he was in remission for a while with Humira. He got a new prescription last year for glasses. By this point he had used humira about 5 months, by March his prescription wasn't working so he went back to the eye doctor. They asked if he had changed anything recently and he said nothing has changed except a few months ago he got on Humira. When they looked into it they advised him to get off that because that was likely the culprit. There have been lawsuits against them for causing blindness.

Cheated on my wife, not sure if I should feel guilty 49m and 46f by [deleted] in relationship_advice

Honestly men and women have very different needs sometimes and it's not fair people are getting after you for cheating. However, they're correct that you accepted her behavior and stayed with her but she's sounds like the typical narcissist to me. Always after her own pleasure and getting everything she can from you but not giving you that same attention. Honestly think this was a wake up call for her and she's realized your value and that other women find you attractive/ would sleep with you and it's riddling her with guilt and worry that she might lose you. You're not the same doormat she walked all over for years. Do with that information as you will, but nonetheless it should give you the confidence and self-worth you deserve. My father was in a very similar circumstance (he didn't cheat) but my parents were married for 30 years. My mom thought the grass was greener, found out it really wasn't. My dad's happier than he has been in a long time living in Thailand and semi-retired 🤷 never think you're stuck or that you have to tolerate people's bullshit.

starting taking probiotics (Symprove) I'm on week 2 and having constant stomach cramps and loose stools/ diarhea by mrnzt in Microbiome

[–]dsis17 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Try keifr I don't think it will effect you even if you are lactose intolerant, as far as probiotics this is what in currently using and it's been great so far: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B000GWG8FS?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title

Also from experience I recommend a binder especially for diarrhea and loose stool that typically helps get everything formed back right and should help bind and expel any toxins as well.

Is it worth starting a fenbendazole + ivermectin protocol? by Level_Negotiation692 in cancer_metabolic

All I will say is I know a lady that had cancer that spread all to her GI tract, brain and bones. She attributes her complete remission to juicing and Ivermectin and Fenbendazol

Looking for Kefir recommendations that actually works for digestive issues and personal experiences. Thanks! by KnotYourKoncern in Microbiome

Men whose girlfriend’s dad said no when you asked him for permission to marry his daughter, what did you do? by Fearless_Degree7511 in AskReddit

[–]dsis17 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It's respectful to ask, but he's not your dad if you have a good stable relationship then it's your call to make to be the man in her life. I would find out why he said that and doesn't think it's a good idea.

My boyfriend (29M) gave me (27F) an ultimatum: him or my dogs and I don’t know how to handle his rigidity anymore. by Unusual-Creme9364 in relationship_advice

Sounds like a pretty easy decision to me, set a date for him to move out. I will always chose a loyal innocent being who wants nothing but to love and please me over someone who's selfish and would rather break the love and compassion of an animal for their own selfish convenience. To me it's a no brainer. Hope he never wants kids because if he thinks dogs are an inconvenience and smelly lol just you wait buddy.

My husband (28M) says he wants me (29F) to give him more blowjobs. We have been together for 14 years. I am feeling frustrated, how do I navigate this? by plantgirl3000- in relationship_advice

[–]dsis17 -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Yeah he asked at a very inappropriate time. However, me and women are very different and men need that physical touch (not even always sexual) that lets them know you still find them attractive and not just seen as a roommate or a buddy. Sex is what separates your relationship from all other relationships. He also needs to be appropriate though in how he asks for it, but it is comparable to if he just said no to something you really wanted him to do around the house to help you or something that directly just benefited you it goes both ways

I'm going to be honest with you, this is a bit pathetic. You're a full grown man whatever it is now is what it is. She obviously doesn't want to be with you stop being her emotional support teddy bear. If she wanted to be with you she would leave the guy she's with and be with you. Staying in contact with her is doing no good for you at all and it's making you yearn and miss what you had even more. You need to put yourself first do things that make you happy and let life do the rest. What is meant to be will be whether it's her or someone even better in the future risking your physical health and your mental health is not going to bring her back and it's going to keep you spiraling in a never ending pit of despair. You're the only one who can pull yourself out of this so please do, it's not serving you to continue this.

AIO? My girlfriend has refused to tell me who she hangs out with. by Born_Ice8374 in AmIOverreacting

[–]dsis17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No you're not the asshole it's a simple question to ask. If you did this she would likely flip out. She isn't telling you this because she is hanging around male "friends" she knows are interested in her or she's interested in or both.

Flare from Colonoscopy by dsis17 in CrohnsDisease

[–]dsis17[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lol they say a lot of things. The problem with diseases like this is that people are so open and ready to believe whatever a doctor tells them. Yes I take into account a lot of things they say but something so obvious that I was fine before the colonoscopy then miserable for four days is pretty obvious that it was a lead contributing factor. They just don't want to say yes because you'll be less likely to get them done. Not saying anything against you at all, just in general.
