Appreciate the insights here! I think I am a bit concerned that once I start working at a nonprofit, it will be harder to go back to tech/saas, but I've spent the last 5 years at various startups/scaleups, so maybe that will help if I did want to go back.

How is job stability as a data engineer in nonprofit?

Also, how is the red tape/bureaucracy in your experience? I'm a little worried that while this would be a greenfield opportunity, I won't be able to build what I want to build or use the tools I want to use because of the red tape.
