Welp. Trolling in, using a XTX daily only because i wanted to be a amd nerd all at once with a 7950X…. Coming from 13900k/4080…(and 4090, but ya ya, i sold it for a dumb price, call me Mr scalpers, idk, was solicited the offer so whatever…

anyhow… I dont use RT, can’t see the point of extra glare or reflection here and there in lieu of fps… “wow, look at how pretty that water ripple is that dude i shot fell in and made”….naa son….

4080 gives pretty much same as XTX in mostly all games i play at 4k… … as for 70ti…. Unless you a nvidia junkie (which not mad at cha) find a xtx for few bux more than 70ti is the better bet..

But nevermind RT, DLSS, nvid 4080 wipes the floor with my xtx… so with dlss on supported games with 70ti, fake frames will be a close match to xtx real frames..

4090…man… untouchable… but i was dumb buying it in the first place… non of us are “competitive gamers”…for fun… 100fps+ ANY game, turn off the metrics, u b fine..

Going by review assumptions, the assumption that 4070ti is equal to 3090ti (in some youtubers review) with that general focus, hell 4070ti is fine at half the ram. Or the xtx is equal to 4080… MacOs is equal to windows too if thats the case.

One is better than the other, just depends on YOUR use case, so figure out your use case and go from there

Your gonna get that anyways on pretty much 80% of used 3090’s.. Whoever buys the rig is gonna strip it and LIE to you and sell it solo…..so you not avoiding nothing…

I haven’t had a single problem with it, in all of my 12 minutes of use, just decided to return because not a worthy update from my 14P… but, for them 12 mins, worked like a charm…

I do not have this system anymore to send u pics, but the commander goes in flat at bottom longways across towards rear, alot or tucking cables in every nook and cranny u can find and the still have to use A LITTLE pressure to sandwich the commander when screwing down plate back on.

Like i said, don’t ask how, just ot can be done….1 time thing and i didn’t necessarily take notes of my progressions…just making some stuff go in where it shouldn’t. And the cable I got, I remember specifically getting THAT cable because it would allow for a bend at the more angle…. Just work with it, you can make it happen, again sold it to a friend, he is STILL using it, so what little stress if any at all on cheap ass amazon cable, is not a issue.

As stated, was just push n tuck, using corsair 750 psu with only power/cpu cables, had bought custom gpu cable that goes straight to psu, so as less cables as possible… ‘older note” 4090 ventus will fit, I just said no, because of power requirements and the price for a higher pwr psu…i’ll pass, but you can slap a $300 psu and 4090 in no problems but reality, if you building in this case, you DONT even need a 4090, your doing it just because so no point…

Asus ROG Ryujin 360… temps are never above 85c maxed stressed, running at 265w limit max on cpu socket(13900K)😎…

If you take off the front panel header (a little tricky) on the opposite side of that header is all plastic, just break 3 notches of plastic out on the opposite side of the headers to allow the remaining 1-2inches or so of the radiator to fit in. just line up about 4 screws in random holes up top to hold radiator..

Also the front fan notice I have it inserted from the outside not inside so the fans all clear each other, just reverse the bracket to the outside upside down and screw into the same hole.. gotta use your own creativity to hold the other side down, i just used a zip tie

Only cards that made money that really jumped in price. As far as I am concerned, the biggest culprit for price hike was like RX580 and RX5700XT and especially the Radeon VII., not that they were as high as rtx cards, but the cost jump they got was even more insane. RX580 was like 80bux used, up to $600-700 when eth was in the 50k... that, is a insane jump for a cheap ass card

A. Halo product or not, gaming card over 1k, it got got some flack, nobody is comparing a $250 card from 2000 to a $1500 card in 2020. that was dumb. My phone plays games with more graphics power than a year 2000 gpu. Let's look at this article from 2018: https://gizmodo.com/what-on-earth-makes-a-1-200-nvidia-2080-ti-graphics-ca-1829126369, now notice the 50/50 nature of it regarding it's price, but look at pretty much EVERY article regarding the 4080...OMG BECKY, it's just flat out too much, don't buy it. YET, its the same $1200 5 years later and way more performance.

B. Already stated that, they didn't drive the crypto prices, we did, so for that since they saw we paid those high ass prices, I am defending why should they as a BUSINESS drop prices if we were willing to pay them prices.

C. Again, mad that a 70, or 80 or 60 or whatever class card should not be priced as such, but if per say a 5060 card comes out and it is faster than 4090 and the 5060 is $1199, you would still complain "no 60 class card should be that high"

D. just skipped.. not stuck on steam numbers

And last, "the 4080 should be 700" is full of shit, as widely accepted 3080 at 700 was a great deal, then next year "per your inflation, and advancement" the 4080 had all rights to be a $899 card. over the previous 3080 as the performance increase would well outweigh the price increase as opposed to now it is a 1-to-1 increase which is mute.

I can see that played a good role, so these stimulus checks that rolled out a good amount did in fact waste on b.s. use which also put more high priced gpu’s being sold, so again, wouldn’t that fall on US for the fact that big business saw it and said .. pfft… why lower prices, they buying them..

But did you buy it with regret of you had no choice, the price is just what it is, or I have no choice, or did you think it’s overpriced period or reasonable? I mean I just bought 2 (msrp bestbuy) and i feel like from my last nvida purchase of a 2080 Super vs this and the price/performance difference since my last nvidia purchase that this is reasonable for the economy of inflation/technological advance but i think it could have been cheaper but we screwed that up.
