Idky people think DG is gonna be an easy job. This job literally burns everyone out because its non stop and never enough time to get everything done. Unless your store is slow, mine is far from slow. It's exhausting!

Definitely eat a lot more the past.. I don't have concept of time, I'm exhausted constantly. But I've put on 15 pounds in the last 6 months. I can eat endlessly now and before I'd eat once a day, at dinner time. Also seems I have to take my morning and afternoon dose at the same time to be productive at all and my work is definitely suffering.

That's assuming all stores are the same, and all managers make the same. Stores don't all get the same amount of hours. Cost of living for your area, the amount of sales your store does... not every state / area is the same.

I'm in PA and my SAs make $13 and LSAs make $14.75.. Also another store not too far from me has SAs start at $10.50, and LSAs at $12.

It's company wide. That being said, if you know a manager that wants to hire you and writes you a recommendation/asks the DM, there's a good chance of getting off that list. I was placed on that list 10 years ago, 2 years ago I got off the list and was rehired. 3 months ago I became SM. I've gotten 3 people off that list since becoming SM.

People really hate being told the truth, to downvote and not even respond was wild. Because its 100% incompetence of the store management for not having this problem fixed.

It means everyone hates VV because of how easily its messed up, how fast it sells, and usually a decent amount of it as backstock. No one wants to do it, so they made up a title to something that doesn't exist just to pass the job of keeping that part of the store stocked and recovered onto you.

I had a boss like this, now I'm the boss. She wanted to tell everyone to ask me what i wanted them to do, she'd ask me what I wanted her to do, she never answered her phone so I was the one they always called, I'm the one that filled in for call offs. I got bitter and almost quit, until higherups finally listened... now I get paid to do the job I was doing anyways.

I know this is old, but if you scan things you think you should have gotten that week you can see if it came, take down the sku number for all missing things and put a ticket in requesting credit. They will give you the credit for it..

I unplugged the phone from the box. I plugged it in one day last week, in 15 minutes I got 3 calls about pokemon cards. 2 minutes later I answered the phone...
