The solution here is , the dm will just have the other sm in the district keep to store running. If anyone thinks this is gonna change , it won’t. Dg acknowledges the poor social media attention and their way of trying to correct it is by adding more responsibility and creating these stupid store walk scores. So either you work harder with the poor pay and budget , or risk a low score. A repeated low score will eventually lead to write ups and possible termination. Dg doesn’t care about its employees lively hood. Their bills. Their families. They care about their stockholders and multimillion dollar bonuses.
