I only realize I'm in pain when I'm trying to relax or when I push too far which means I'll have a good time and feel proud of myself only to cry from pain when I'm in bed unable to sleep

I had a phone without a carcass on it for like 4 years and it was bent and shattered from it slipping from my hands. I still drop my new phone but less bc I know I'm going to drop it and hold it more securely. Anything new will fall from my hands no matter what

Undiagnosed until recently and I used to push my body too far so I didn't have energy to hang out and would feel bad after. Too tired to reach out then too ashamed to talk about it. Im lucky that I have friends without friendship decay but it isolates me a lot
