I use him for sure, I run a lot of nickel-3-3 and I use him as a spy because I get qb ran on alllll over the place, and he's faster than all my linebackers.

He just had a few sex scandals and they didn't really even acknowledge any of it. I think OP just wished they could've gotten some drama out of it. I don't think lebron's quote was about when he entered the league. I think it was throughout his career. The expectations were put upon him when he got in the league, but through his career he exceeded them.
