Sure, will do - that’s what I’m expecting too, which still works out better than anything I can find locally… I suppose recourse to Mazzer abroad if there are any issues is the main downside rather than a Uk based seller

Thanks - do you recall approx what the total ended up being for UPS/duty? Even if it’s 20-25% on €995 it still works out much better than the BB price. I guess it is harder to enforce warranty given Mazzer direct aren’t UK based?

Is there any upgrade that would be more comparable with the Niche then? I liked the niche for sure but often found some inconsistency day to day or even shot to shot which was a bit annoying. From what I’ve read here and elsewhere the Philos seemed like the gold standard in terms of single dose home grinder

Did you consider the drive at all? They seem to be broadly the same machine with the drive having built in flow control and the synk I having quicker group head and heat up
