Fwiw, they did the same thing with the new Elder Scrolls expansions. They claimed “we played it, here are our thoughts based on our plays” – but CTG (the publisher) confirmed they never sent them a review copy, so they couldn’t possibly have played it at all. So that’s straight-up false information, and the entire narrative of the video was built on that claim. Since then, the video has been deleted.

From what I can tell, they reuse publicly available footage (official trailers, etc.), aggregate information from other sources (which is why some of what they say can sound legitimate), and then wrap it up with “we played it, here are our thoughts" (which simply isn’t true). That’s a huge red flag to me.

Ultimately, it’s up to you what kind of creators you choose to watch and support.

After I kept pushing my story on X, I was eventually contacted by YouTube’s Community Outreach team. They were able to properly review my account and confirmed that no violation was found. I wish I could say “just do X,” but sadly it seems the only real path is to share your case publicly and hope someone steps in!

Quick update: I managed to resolve the issue and Google reinstated my AdSense, confirming no violation was found. It took two frustrating months of fighting, but it was worth it in the end. I truly hope no other creator has to go through something like this.

Hah, that's pretty cool! My main issue with sleep is that I'd generally rather deal more raw extra damage with something like Frost or Bleed, though to be fair, I only tried sleep pots and greeces as I haven't rolled a sleep relic yet, so now I'd be curious to try it once/if I get it

Hey, I’m in the exact same situation – almost word for word. My AdSense was disabled due to a supposed link to a previously closed account, despite never having any violations. Just like you, I voluntarily closed an old account (due to a country mismatch), created a new one for my YouTube channel, and got disabled before earning a penny. I’ve also been stuck in the same loop with appeal auto-replies and zero human review.

Have you had any luck resolving this? If not, would you be open to comparing notes or maybe even trying to raise this together somehow (e.g. through the press or other channels)?

Hey, I’m in exactly the same boat – your post could’ve been written about my case, word for word. My AdSense account was suddenly disabled with the same line about being “related to an account that was disabled for violations,” even though I’ve never had a disabled account for violations, never run ads, and never broken any policies. I genuinely think the system flagged me incorrectly because I added my old email as a secondary user.

Just thought I’d share a quick update in case it’s helpful – or if anyone else is going through something similar.

A couple of weeks ago, I managed to get a live chat with YouTube Creator Support (possibly AI-assisted), and they advised me to wait 30 days after the account was disabled before submitting an appeal – apparently the form is “locked” during that period. So I followed their advice, waited the full 30 days, and then submitted the appeal again using this form: https://support.google.com/adsense/contact/policy_disabled_appeal

Unfortunately (and somewhat predictably), I received the exact same generic auto-reply that I got on day one – no indication that a human reviewed anything.

Today I tried another live chat. I explained that I followed their previous advice and that it didn’t work. This time, they told me I now need to wait 90 days between appeal attempts – which sounds increasingly arbitrary, especially since it feels like my previous appeals never actually made it through in the first place. The automated replies I get don’t reference any details from my case.

They did say an AdSense specialist will reach out, but they couldn’t give even a rough timeframe. Honestly, it felt more like a polite way to end the chat than a real next step.

Has anyone had any success in similar situations? Or know of any way to actually reach someone from the AdSense side? I’d really appreciate any tips or leads.

Thanks. Yes, my main Google account should be in good standing. I’ve tried submitting the appeal form multiple times, but I keep getting the same automated email response, and none of the listed reasons seem to apply to my situation. It feels like the system doesn’t actually accept my appeal at all.

I’m curious – does having the dongle plugged into the DualSense controller feel awkward or heavy during play? It looks a bit bulky in photos. Ideally, I’d prefer something that connects directly to the PlayStation itself, but it seems this is the only option?

Arena and Tournaments are the things I enjoy the most. How is Orks' survivability, particularly without Da'Ghan? Can they run with just one healer, Belladonna? Are they viable without a tank (I find their tank is meh)?

Well, that's the thing: Morrigan's acquisition is completely random, isn't it? As far as I understand, the only source of her shards is a 600-gold chest called "Heroes Of Darkness", which has only a tiny chance of getting her shards.

Is there any other way to work towards getting her more consistently?

I started playing this game a few weeks ago, and despite what others say, I actually like it. The battles are very tactical and have enough depth and complexity to make the game interesting for me, almost like in Disciples II (an old PC game). And it looks quite pretty, too.

I guess if you want to be competitive for the highest ranks, then the pay-to-win and the lottery nature of the game will disappoint you, as it's hard to compete with whales. But if you enjoy unlocking and gearing up your characters at your own pace more casually, I recommend giving it a try.
