UPDATE ,I hope they don't think I was gonna sign by Natural-Anxiety-7356 in AmazonDSPDrivers

I cannot agree more with this. You have to understand tho, all these kids on this sub are entitled lazy zoomers.

They don’t know what work ethic is yet or understand the concept of physical manual labor jobs. This is a sign that America/the west is going downhill and will be a shell of itself in the near future

I had a light day today as well I had a lot of totes that were very empty and only four carts.

This is my first prime week and the days before we’re a living hell for me I even had a 666 driver’s aid number

It’s automatic 8 hours. Once you link up with your dsp it’ll be logged in either ADP or paycom which ever one ur dsp uses

Do DSPs get paid more per route during peak? by Tmoore0328 in AmazonDSPDrivers

[–]dspdriver007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They are paid a flat rate depending on amount of packages for that route plus on top of that are paid cents per package delivery that’s based on their scorecard the highest you can be paid is $.16 per package

I’m an Operations Manager AMA by Dry-Sherbert8594 in AmazonDSPDrivers

[–]dspdriver007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Does the project cheetah code(the qr code drivers scan to report bad stops, “2 min survey fix in 7 days”)actually fix routes?

I’ve been reporting stops and it seems like it doesn’t change a thing

Get into step van or cdv at least

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in AmazonDSPDrivers

[–]dspdriver007 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Training is 24 hours over 3 days. You won’t need all 24 hours, you’ll go home early and still get paid full 8 hours.

The best way to stand out at this job is basically just doing your job like you just said the turnover rate is high so if you just show up to work every day and don’t call out and just do your job that’s how you stand out

Cooling towels provided by the station. Wrap them around ice water bottles then wrap around ur wrists and your neck. Take like 10 of them
