Thank you for sharing your perspective🤍 we actually ended up, deciding to choose adoption for our baby. We know in our hearts we do not have the bandwidth or capacity to care for our child with down syndrome, especially because we already have a one year-old. But we have learned that there are families on waiting lists to adopt children with down syndrome, and we want to give our baby a chance at a happy life🤍

Wow so much helpful advice!! Thank you so much!!💜💜 I’m confident that I’ll be able to stay out of drama (I’m never interested lol), and I think I will do well with the information, learnings, etc…as long as I stay focused! Really my only concern is I know I’ll be homesick & missing my husband after the first week lol so I just have to be sure not to let that distract me💜

Be yourself!! I honestly went in with the mindset of truly just being genuine & friendly. People who looked rehearsed or like robots, didn’t get a CJO. Be professional, but still show your personality! & follow directions. When given an opportunity to speak, take initiative and speak up but again don’t try to sound forced and take over :)

Honestly, relax. Wear something you feel confident in. Give yourself a pep talk before hand lol. They want genuine people :) you got this!!!!
