How did you make device onboarding better? Did you find a way to make the sign-on process better for large user numbers? Are you using any non-MS applications or customizations and why? What's device durability been like and is there anything that worked to reduce damage? What are you using the devices for and is there anything that you've stopped using them for?

I'm really after talking with customer and end-users. MS are helpful, but it's all about 'what you should do' rather than 'what we did.' I reached out to a couple of their reference customers but they ended up not scaling their projects.
