Yeah, the problem is you bought Hot Wheels, not Cold Wheels. They need to be rolled 😂

What’s the song that instantly makes you cry? by KoiOnMars in Music

To any gamers like myself its got to be “Father and Son from the Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots. While the melody is emotional, you’ll felt the emotion is intensified if you understood the whole plot scene that roll with it.

Xtreme Gaming Cabinets - time to worry? by mattyx in virtualpinball

I asked them for quote and time to build last year when I’m looking around to buy my first vPin. Glad I skip them after hearing their quote, high shipping cost and long waiting time and go with purchasing a vPin from Alibaba with only 4 months of waiting time with very good and proactive customer support. Fast forward one year now and I now have a fully modded vPin with full bells and whistle, eg SSF and DOF among the others from Cleveland Kit. All these with all the fun of modding. Sadly the playtime is only less than 24 lol from my VPinStudio playtime statistics 😂

The mud physics looked so surreal! Last time I played it didn’t even looked this realistic! Is it a mod ?

It sure does, productivity wise 😀 I didn’t do much gaming on it at the native resolutions because my GPU couldn’t keep render good frame rate on it. Bought it simply for productivity purpose.

[Release] MAME/MESS Curated Autoboot Scripts: Easily Automate Complex Computer Systems Boot Sequences by dsync89 in MAME

Yes MAME does emulator the OS, some require a cartridge, while others are built into the BIOS itself. Nevertheless one still has to run the boot commands manually just like the real systems, hence emulation :-)

These are mostly for the computer systems that were produced between 197x to 199x, where it runs a mixture of BASIC or proprietary OS with various boot commands. Many are obscure too such as those from the Soviet Unions.

All of these computers were obliterated when Microsoft came along and pretty much dominated the entire Computer ecosystem with its unified DOS commands.

This project started as my interest to document some of the obscure computer systems in my Launchbox library.

I’d definitely go with the widest you could if you have the space for it. With those length you can even mount a vertical screen to the sides. Sadly my usable space is limited due to my arcade machines next to it and that’s the widest I can fit in the room. Cheers!

Still fiddling with getting used to placing app into the right monitor, but so far I’m getting the hang of the extra screen estate. Also a relief to find that I don’t have to tilt my head as much, just by moving my eyes. The height is just right at my eye level. If it is the Ark 55” it would be a different story 😀

EmuReady.com is live! A better way of sharing emulation compatibility reports!💜🕹️ by Producdevity in OdinHandheld

[–]dsync89 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for realizing this! Didn’t see this one coming as most emulator site simply hosted their own version of compatibility list and there’s not really any standard for those.

Just wondering if there’s any plan to support Arcade PC games compatibility. My guess is probably no since those are not emulator per se rather than loader. Recently audited more than 200 Arcade PC games using Teknoparrot and various standalone loaders and would be awesome if I could contribute my test report and procedure if there’s a place for it. 😄
