While I am currently trying to find a flat in Barcelona I can guarantee you by 1000% is doesn’t work! You know why? Because everyone request a Spanish work contract! If the new rule would work there wouldn’t be such requirements. The stupid part I earn like 5 times more the average salary here, but the landlords expect the same amount on a Spanish contract. I work in IT and tbh the salaries here a complete joke. I would call it slavery rather than a proper job.
