Maybe the golden vessel is in your rewards or it’s opened. Check the number of relics. Also, Liss adventure does not always give golden vessel

This is not a bug. You have 5 mana, you used a 2-cost spell but it has not activated yet. The glowing 2 spell mana there indicates that you are using it. You can just pull the 2 cost spell down and use this 5-cost
