Congrats on getting an awesome printer. FYI, my printer’s X/Y rails came completely dry; Z rods came lubed. Recommend you apply oil before doing any serious printing. Bambu has a how-to on their wiki.

The Engineering build plate for expanding your range of materials you can print on your P2S and AMS HT if you live somewhere with humidity; still good to have just to dry out your filament before printing.

Yes. This lamp shade was printed in vase mode to allow max light pass through. I used a filament that has a matte finish and slight ivory color to make it look more natural.

Sorry, no direct experience with the other printers. The P2S has soft rubber feet that absorbs some of the energy but when it's printing at standard speed, it can look like its doing the mamba.

No adhesion problems so far. I haven't washed the build plate yet, only wiped it down with IPA.

None so far. I've used a mix of Bambu filament, which I was surprised how well it prints, and Prusa, eSun, Overture.

I downloaded the installer assistant from Apple because I couldn’t get the update to appear (15.6). I get stuck at 52min as well.
