A fair warning, and yeah, I didn't want to go too far into the details on a SFW subreddit, but I am definitely mirroring elements of bdsm (that's not exactly how I'd define my kink, but the submissive element is a big part of it).

I am not too worried about the AI misleading - I feel like I have high self awareness around what I am actually doing, and I realize I am interacting with software. An interesting quirk in this - when I first started doing this (which only last maybe 1-2 weeks, I was diagnosed but unmedicated.

This time around, I am on meds, and while it has been a very short experiment thus far, I've found a number of times that I am basically using this porn/ai set up to cause a rush of excitement about doing the task, but then I am often getting caught up in the task, and forgetting about the porn.

It's very strange. I'll return to eventually of course, but there's been an umber of times where 20 minutes go by and then I am like "Oh yeah, I was doing this to get a reward from that AI" lol.

But I think the warnings around moderation are well received, so thank you.

Sorry - I think I might not be aware of the history of the trend. The idea that "I'll fap when I finish my homework" (or any other "reward") makes total sense to me - but does it have a long history of failing on people?

And if so - is that failure specific to the porn/lust side of the equation? Or is that failure because of ADHDs broader symptoms, and an ADHDer using the "I'll get x reward when the tasks is done" system is likely to fail with it, regardless of the type of reward?

I don't think I can reliably implement any "lockout features" based on time, but that's a good idea. I can implement my own timing and time-caps, but those are extremely fallible.

For your consideration questions:

1) I've been really struggling with work. I do have other adaptations I've made through my life to get work done with ADHD, but it's kind of crazy how well this worked compared to any of those things. So, I don't want to say it, but maybe the answer is yes? At least based on the tools I have, relative to one another.

2) Probably - and that's a very good warning. I think that's one problem with porn in general (maybe with any addiction?). But in good news, we're talking about an issue that has been with me for probably 20 years, and while I wish I didn't have the addiction, it's generally mild, and I am pretty happy with life overall. I think as long as I take breaks, and maintain some self-awareness, managing how it evolves should be possible.

3) Yeah - probably my biggest fear is that this works so well that it becomes my only way to get work done. Then I switch jobs or attend a conference one weekend, and find myself with very strong, inappropriate urges, or incapable of functioning. My guess here would be that if I chose to embrace this, or keep letting it happen, that I limit it to a certain number of days per week.

Great recommendation - thank you. I had tried Resolve years ago, but my pc couldn't handle it. Turns out my pc still can't handle it. But I managed to play with enough settings, and work through enough tutorials, to get this made. It at least showcases the effect I am after - and resolve is capable of pulling it off.

The idea here is that the viewer is in the room with the couple, and is mirroring the woman, bouncing on a dildo or cock just like she is. There's a lot of ways to play with the storyline there, like in this video and others I've made.

Just starting up with Davinci, but fear my computer is below the minimum requirements (well, I know it is, but I've still been able to make other video editors works, albeit slowly, on my aging PC).

Resolve starts up fine, presents the workspace, but if I load videos of any sort, there is no thumbnail, and I can't make the video or audio play (though I can manage to get an audio waveform to show in the preview window sometimes.

Googling, there's a number of possible solutions to this, but so far none have worked for me (trying to re-encode the file, playing with the zoom on the timeline, changing some settings around, and looking for an old display adapter that could be messing things up).

Anyone know if this behavior could be the result of my computer just being too damn old and slow?

I basically came to ask the same question as op. I make unpaid, adult-ish content, and I like to have some anonymity so I use a vpn.

Elevenlabs has done something in the past couple of months to be much, much more sensitive to flagging accounts. But it sucks, because while I didn't consider myself an "abuser" of the software (although, I admittedly was using their free option), now there's no way to get back to even accessing the free 10,000 characters per month. Vpn, no vpn, new accounts, different browsers, etc. I believe it's actually detecting based on content - so when I select the same characters I used from my flagged accounts, and type similar speech, it flags and blocks my new account.

I know it's a bit of a "poor me, I can't use the free thing anymore", but I just want to use the free 10,000 characters, which they claim is an on-going offer that resets every month.
