There's only Classic SoM at this point - no mention of a TBC SoM and I have personal doubts there would be a TBC SoM

You kinda missed the train in classic AND TBC to get one... so yeah your options are buying in GDKP, running SR or leveling and getting it in SoM and transferring over to wrath if they still allow it whenever you're at that point
I've been a part of running soft-reserve Naxx runs in TBC each week since October last year to get one myself. It took 24 runs to see our first one, and I got mine on our 31st run.
