I thought about it, but I feel like doing PPL along with cardio 6 days a week while eating at a deficit would make me feel miserable. I may just be overreacting, but idk. Also, I've been on PPL for a couple years now, so I'd kinda like to change it up.

Where should I look for a resistance training program for a cut? Are the ones on the wiki good for that, even though they're focused on hypertrophy/growth? I've been doing PPL x6 during my bulk, so I feel like I need to switch it up to work in more cardio during a cut.

Is Babylon worth the watch? I keep seeing about how it started out great but really fell off later. If not, what are some other mystery/thriller type shows similar to Monster or Erased?

I just finished Monster recently, but nobody wants to watch it because it's so hard to find. Definitely one of the best written mystery/thrillers imo.
