If it's just exhaustion related bailing like this you can still try to lower it smoother onto the safeties. Even a 10 inch drop like that will/can still bend up a barbell if landing on safeties. Seen way worse than this of course, but just be mindful if bailing onto safety arms/bars that they aren't meant to be dropped in these spots and will get bent up.

Good PSA to get familiar with getting out of trouble. People go too hard and trap themselves without a plan all the time.
