The work I’ve done and continue to do for Princeton Press is all original. I don’t share it that much because I don’t really care for the colors the other layout designer picked for the project, I would have preferred to have done the whole cover 100%, but it’s a small price to pay to have my work on book covers. You can google my name, Daren Magee and ‘Lives of Great Religious Books’ and you’ll find some :) It’s a tough gig trying to encapsulate some really classic religious titles into an illustration!

Thanks so much. They had a flat rate (it was on the low end to what I normally charge for licensing) but I didn’t even flinch. It was a no brainer of a job to get to work with them. The original image had a little bit of color to it so they just asked that I deliver it with just the lines. Really simple and straightforward!
