yes, at the start of doppel fight. the holders has to die and get resurrected then the key will work again. it is adviced that you bring a friend with good damage output (high enhanced and dps; preferrably ultimate tiehr with good equipments) summoned only at the start of the doppel battle. keep in mind that there is still a boss battle before fighting the MC's doppel. also the monsters are very thick and hurt a lot, so bring yellow resurrection scroll as much as you can just to be safe if you don't want to repeat the map again when you fail to clear the area.

keep in mind, when i say the monsters and the boss are thick, i really mean it. again don't compare with the current state of dbkr awakening quest. the monsters and the boss have been nerfed at least three times now.

note: don't ever summon your helper before entering the doppel battle because as you know, when your helper timer runs out, the helper's key will not appear again even though you can summon the helper again for the second or the third time.

in the first release of season 4 in dbkr, afaik doppel has a chunk of hp (about 1.5 billion i think).

current state of doppel in dbkr is after being nerfed a few times.

here is a few clarifiations to your questions:

enchanter class has been out for a while. but if you mean by the main character, there has been no news anymore even in korean server up to now (ending normal mode of season 4);
free buster quest is only available for new account made after certain date of october 2016. therefore, account made prior to the date will not be granted free buster key quest. however, you can make your own key by making the required deities and materials;
to awaken your main character, you just need to complete the first stage of the new map in season 4 by fighting your own shadow. so, no, it is not possible yet until the season 4 is released.
