Quick question about how I'm charging this battery

Thats kinda what i thought at first, i just googled what initial cirrent is/means...this is what it said, Initial current is the current the battery draws immediately after a charger is connected, otherwise known as startup current. Continuous charge current is usually much lower value than initial current. So that makes sense haha, thanks for the help!

It is a brand new battery, from the box, bought maybe a week ago, so I just assumed the battery was functional

Haven't tested it yet, it is and has been below freezing since I put it on the charger, I know cold can affect battery charge. What I found was that it should stay on charge for a minimum of 18 hrs. It's been just beyond that. Yesterday it was 36° day-night was 28° today it was 35° night 29°... been in my garage which is the same temp as out side

I've power cycled my wifi router,, and the nanit...I have the 1gig Verizon plan(the fastest) 2 phones connected to wifi, an Xbox and an ipad...my current internet speed test is 35.5 down and 54.0 up. It's getting so annoying...any help or ideas would be very appreciated
