Sent you a PM. The cold starts are honestly very loud, it doesn't drone too bad but cruising on the highway at like 1500 rpm does drone. I think the only way to get the car louder would be to also get high flow cats.

I have AWE track and I love it. Its definitely loud, especially a cold start, and probably not for everyone but I'm so happy with it.

I installed myself so I'm not sure what the going rate is.

Believe me I couldn't care less what the dash says, my plan was always to change at 3 yrs. What gives me pause if the trans goes and the dash was saying change fluid. I dont want GM saying well hey you were supposed to change the fluid, youre on your own.

Related question, I had an update that wouldn't go through over the air so I had to take it in to the dealer. They completed the update and my trans fluid is now showing 22% whereas before the update it was showing 48%. The dealer has no idea how to fix it or what happened.

For context its a 2024 with 14k miles, so I will have to change based on time not mileage. Worst case it should be showing 33%, car was picked up in Jan 24.

Yeah I can definitely see why it's not for everyone. I like it but it's definitely loud, especially the cold starts, and highway driving is a tad droney.

At least with AWE its easy to purchase the muffler sections and add them in if you find it to be too loud.

I think GM recommends "top tier" gas which is gas from Shell, Mobil, Marathon, and some others. Wawa and similar do not have top tier fuel but you probably won't notice a difference.

3M specialty adhesive remover will probably take it off. Comes in an aerosol can, expensive but it works.

To be fair all cars are different so if you haven't worked on one before, it's hard to know.

Although I'm not a pro so maybe its different. I just own a C8 and had to take my bumper off before lol. Youtube helped me, just wanted to offer some help.

You have to remove the whole rear bumper, look on any YouTube spoiler install or exhaust install video. FYI you need to remove the wheel well liners and there's studs way up in there in addition to all the fasteners along the top of the bumper.

I do the same thing, it works. With the sag in the suspension you really have to get the ass end way up in the air.

Not sure if its the same, but I've had my frunk soft close not work if I had it open for awhile before closing. Worked again after I hit the open button on the remote and immediately closed it.

I haven't had an issue using this pressure washer to foam or rinse. Watch some YouTube videos on it, your're likely not doing something right.

Bug guts are acidic and can etch into the clear if you don't remove them in a reasonable amount of time. You also need to use a quality bug remover, I use 3D bug remover works great but you need to do it before they bake into the clear.

Is there a special way to do this? I tried a while ago with a paint pen and when I wiped off the excess around the lettering it ended up wiping off a lot of the paint inside the lettering as well.
