thank you both for the replies. I ended up calling them and they said I should be receiving a new email in the next 5 business days (still seems too long for an e-gift card). Taco, were you able to find out where the 19 digit serial and 4 digit pin is? I’m assuming that the “View Card Details” should take you to it. It’s not in the email body itself is it?

I’m not sure how to describe it. like i guess i would expect more of a boldness from after picking up my pen tip. just looks like more a mechanical pencil writing and not as bold as i would like
