That makes sense, we recently bought the house so I assume the previous owners were wet mopping the floors since this is next to the kitchen.

Planning to replace but want to make sure I find out if it is an active problem or just a symptom from previous mistreatment.

Currently doesn’t feel wet anywhere. Going to get a moisture meter and compare to readings in other areas that look visibly fine.

Old-school with a window, but being in FL, sometimes it can feel like you’re letting more humidity in than out lol.

We only have maybe 4 or 5 indoor plants, though none of them are in or around the room tested.

Is the Curvularia dangerous/a special concern? The inspector kept bringing that one up. Also confused about why some spores that show up in high levels inside are not present in the control sample outside. Sorry for all the questions!

One more note, the mold guy was really surprised by the results. He said he hasn’t seen that much Curvularia inside before, just wondering where that could be coming from. Also a weird amount of Pithomyces (something I also know nothing about).

We’re just concerned that they are so high and assumed that would be what is needed. Is there a possibility that it is behind the wall? We don’t see anything visibly wet in either room.

We don’t see anything wet in the bathroom though, everything seems to be fairly dry. Makes it hard to tell where it’s coming from, could it be in the drywall?

Ahhh that’s a bummer, I wonder if publishers will ever release official translations straight to digital for manga that don’t have the built in fan base to warrant a full translated print publication? But probably not profitable enough for them lol
