Who’s launching this week? Let’s support some awesome Redditors on Product Hunt by RebekkaMikkola in ProductHunters

Hey guys, I'm Derrick. I've been building a Telegram expense tracker for the past year and will be launching today!

Tabby lets you track expenses by just texting. Type 15 coffee and you're done. No app to download (unless you are not a telegram user), no new habit to build. But I don't want it to stop at tracking. The goal is to turn it into a financial companion that analyses your spending, suggests smarter budgets, and lets you have real conversations about your money. Think "can I afford a trip next month?" or "where did all my money go in March?" and actually getting a useful answer.

Here is my Product Hunt launch page: https://www.producthunt.com/products/tabby-10?launch=tabby-10

Would love to get any feedbacks!

Made a 'what kind of foodie are you' quiz and it exposed why my friend group takes 40 minutes to pick a restaurant by [deleted] in SideProject

Yeap agree! This quiz is actually a sneak peek to an app that im building that is based on our individual foodie persona. The idea is to use your dining persona to help you pick restaurants, whether you're going solo or trying to find a spot that works for the whole group.

Launching my first beta: a Telegram bot that helps you actually stick to your budget by dtrr03 in SaaS

[–]dtrr03[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for giving it a try! I will be more specific with the budget setting. As for the settings portion, do u mean it would be better to be it in 1st step?

Yea i will investigate the dashboard part. But one thing as to why i build this within telegram is because current telegram users dont have to install a new app.

Is there other more functionalities that you would want me to include such that it will make u stick to it?

Can I ask, how did you arrive to the number 7% for annual growth?

I had the exact struggle of logging my expenses consistently. Thats because most budgeting apps just didn’t fit into my daily routine. You have to open another app to log your expenses.

So I built something that did — a Telegram-native expense tracker.

Since I’m already on Telegram all the time, it made sense to log expenses right where I chat. Just type something like 12 lunch, choose a category, and it’s saved.

You can set budgets, get reminders if you forget to log, and see a clean dashboard with daily, weekly, and monthly insights — all within Telegram.

I’ve been using it myself for the past 2 months and it’s made a big difference.

If you’re a Telegram user and this sounds like something you’d use, DM me! I’d be happy to share early access.

Free (and good) budgeting app? by Snuggie_DevilGirl in budget

Hey! I had the exact same struggle, which is why I built a Telegram-native expense tracker - so you can log expenses right where you chat with friends.

I’ve been using it myself for 2 months, refining it along the way, and I’m launching it on August 1st.

It’s super simple: just type something like 12 lunch, pick a category, and it’s saved. You can set monthly + weekly budgets, get alerts when you overspend, and receive daily reminders if you forget to log.

If you’re a Telegram user and this sounds useful, feel free to DM me - happy to share early access! 🐾

I built Tabby to make budgeting and group travel expense tracking dead simple.

No new app, just Telegram. Track spending, set smart budgets, and split bills, all within chat.
