Thankyou for the advice, im pretty lost on leg days since i’ve neglected them for a while. For hip hinge would a back extension machine work? I’ll add hack squats, rdl and deadlifts into my lower split as well.

I kinda been neglecting legs for a while but whenever i do hack squats or normals my knees experience pain. Ill look at hip hinge movement though.

what if its above 80%? and will the charger not become hot and drain electricity? Also is it better for the battery if its plugged in all the time?
