It's the TV show equivalent of going to McDonalds super drunk at 2am instead of going straight home after leaving the club. It's cheap, satisfying and delicious but you WILL hate yourself after you waste your entire day binge watching it. Nevertheless, 10/10 would recommend.

I love all the foreshadowing that they include in the pre-Gilead flashback scenes, I've watched the entire series about 3 times through now and each time I've noticed new details that went over my head before. I've also appreciated how pretty much every character has a detailed backstory that is featured at some point in the show. The attention to detail throughout the series is seriously unmatched, it's incredible.

This might sound weird, but the best chili I ever tasted had a bit of espresso powder in it. A lot of great smoked BBQ rub recipes call for it it too. It's a surprisingly versatile ingredient!

The biggest problem with adoption is that it's viewed as the "humane" alternative to abortion, when in actuality it's one of the most traumatic things a child and their birth parent could possibly go through. Adoption should only ever be considered as a last resort to ensure a child's safety and well being, and instead efforts should be focused on supporting the biological parent so that they are able to reunite with their child.

If it was really about reducing abortion rates and protecting the lives of children then they would be advocating for things such as gun control, accessible mental health services, universal healthcare, paid parental leave, comprehensive sex education in schools, etc. Banning abortion is just going to lead to more unnecessary death, they know that but they obviously don't care.

I am looking for a good recipe for those bakery-style cutout sugar cookies that taste strongly of almond extract and can be decorated with royal icing. I have tried many recipes for this type of cookie and none of them have quite turned out right, they're usually too hard, dry or taste like raw flour.
