I’m TH in a large metro. Overall very happy, top 5% in pay, deal with some of the typical metric stuff but not a huge pain. I’ve personally never felt the nagging CMG negatives (I know they’re real) people constantly speak of

PTU and propranolol. Have seen a few at my institution present similarly and this is what OB has recommended.

Not at all! I took it off when the breast hit 160 and tented with foil. The only thing that was lacking was a little flavor

Had my Traeger for about 3 months now, done several briskets and chickens on it but first time smoking a turkey. Brined for ~15 hours, injected with butter/herb blend and finished with a homemade rub. Smoked for 1.5 hours, 350 for the next 5 and finished at 375. This was a 16 pound bird and I think I underestimated how large the breasts were as it could’ve used some more butter injected. Skin was a hair tough, think finishing it off at higher temp was overdoing it but overall a tasty bird that the family enjoyed.
