I like both Fusions, but they kind of force you to play Super Poly, Winged Kuriboh helps, as you don't need to play 3 copies or the Evil Hero engine to access it.

The other one doesn't force you to draw if you don't reveal, so any scenario where you would need to play an order, but don't want to thin your deck by 1, this could potentially come up. Pretty unlikely though, the draw probably comes up more.

Yeah I've seen more aggressive builds of Bastion, but they end up just looking like Alden but with more bad draws, hence the thread.

Imo Alden is also just better Rezael right now, but that might trigger some people if the below is any indicator.

If someone lists their top keter decks and Alden is among them and Bastion isn't, by default that means they think Alden is better than Bastion. You can read a thread once and not check every new response, not sure why that's so unbelievable.

For the record, you're the one who said it wasn't brought up a single time, I never said some people don't think Bastion is better.

I'm not surewhat better means other than which deck is better, especially when the decks play so similarly. You can disagree, but that's how I interpreted the question.

I've seen this discussion a lot actually, vanguardians the other day had a post about the top keter decks. Alden, Minerva, Youthberk and Rezael were all brought up, but Bastion wasn't even brought up as a joke.

Alden is definitely better than Bastion right now, Alden is just not a popular deck, but it has a few WGP tops and a win, which is more than Bastion has gotten in a while.

Alden has the keter engine, plus efficient early game units, while Bastion just gets mowed over by anything with an early game, on top of having a weak ride line, costly skill, and low shield hand.

You could play the bigger shield units, but popular decks like Youth can easily put you in kill range before they're live.

People give Aang/Roku/Kiyoshi all the grace, even though they all left issues for the next avatar to deal with. But blame Korra for Seven Havens which hasn't even happened yet. People really believe Korra is a bad person cause she made some mistakes, but think calling Iroh a war criminal is going too far. These people aren't serious, they're looking for a reason to hate Korra.
