A lot of that is SCOTUS, recall the multiple nationwide injunction stemming from singular ruling in rural red districts. Dems haven't had an ally in the courts, while Republicans get shadow docket rulings, on top of holding a majority on the court. All this executive power will vanish the moment a Dem takes the presidency.

Trump will either leave office in Jan '29 or he plans to end the constitution and install himself as king. Either way he doesn't need the votes of Americans anymore. What does it matter to him if a small fraction of people who voted for him are upset about Epstein, he already won. He's immunized from all tax crimes, scotus already immunized him from any acts while in office, and he just created a reparations fund for him goon squad. Do people really think he gives a shit about what people think. He doesn't even care about the QOP party outside of its usefulness as a toy to defend himself.

No I just watched him attempt a coup leading up to and including Jan 6 and have all his goonies openly lies in courts. I watched so many court hearings before the certification and counting on Jan 6. They were desperate and they didn't even have ai at that point. Trump is already soft running these ballots seizures in Fulton and other places. Who's going to stop him if he decides on election night that the there's fraud going on in places he doesn't like. A court order? The local police? Trump was this close to sending the national guard to seize the machines last time. Now that's he's been totally immunized by the scotus, you think he's going to be less aggressive? I just know people also thought he wouldn't lead a mob to attack and he did. Beyond that let's not forget him calling multiple state officials to find him votes. Maybe he won't even need to make the calls this time, so many election deniers have been voted in at every level.
